Scamming has never been against the rules in EvE online and this is a blatant, transparent abuse of authority from someone who is obviously biased because they are actively playing a game they should be administrating instead. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Really? How is that going to work? What if they claim the scam came from the recruitment channel. So this rule is either a) completely stupid and unenforceable or b) has ridiculous far reaching consequences. The other option is for them to what investigate every reported scam, look at timestamps in recruitment and then make some kind of judgement. So I guess option c) is CCP rehire that 20% of staff they just fired to investigate claims that all scams originated in recruitment (granted some % of the scamees are too stupid to even claim this, that's why they get scammed.)

Other stupid rules exist, therefore this stupid rule is ok. That's the best argument you could come up with in support of this idiocy?
